Utah Marching Bands

THE BOTTOM LINE

It is no secret that many of us in the UMEA Marching Band Circuit have frustrations with how things are run. The goal of this project is to spark more discussion and action with the intent of making Utah a better place for educators and students of the Marching Arts.

The original idea given to remedy the many issues faced in the UMEA circuit is to establish an alternative Circuit to begin offering 1-2 shows in the 2026 season. While this is not the GOAL, it is still a topic for discussion as many have expressed interest in a smaller-scale show/series due to the potential benefits for students which simply are not available at most UMEA shows.
